About Us
Hampton Roads Industry Liaison Group (HRILG) is a regional professional organization established under the guidance of the National Industry Liaison Group (NILG). We are an association of professionals, consisting of federal contractors and subcontractors in partnership with regulatory agencies, working toward achieving equal employment opportunities for all in the Hampton Roads region.

We focus on bridging the gap between federal contractors and regulatory agencies to shape effective and productive affirmative action and equal employment opportunity regulations and to learn and share successful compliance strategies.

We hold quarterly events focused on current issues in affirmative action and equal opportunity employment, workplace legal and compliance updates, and meetings with federal regulatory agencies. These events provide a forum for members to build partnerships with industry peers and fair employment practice and regulatory compliance agencies. Our goal is to enhance the capacity of our membership to develop successful compliance strategies and enhance engagement between regulatory agencies and federal contractors. Our geographic position at the heart of major military bases, shipyards, and government contracting in the US allows us to attract industry-leading presenters from law, contracting, and government.

Membership in the HRILG is open to organizations currently recognized as federal contractors or subcontractors and have affirmative action programs
