HRILG is a partnership between business and the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP), an agency under the Department of Labor (DOL). The mutual goal of this partnership is Affirmative Action and EEO compliance. HRILG provides information and a forum to discuss and exchange information regarding compliance obligations related to various federal statutes and regulations. Individuals who are directly or indirectly responsible for such compliance in their organizations are invited to become members of HRILG.  We are a Mid-Atlantic Region ILG chapter of the National Industry Liaison Group (NILG).
